A mixed neighborhood.

Development Antriol began with an ambition to reshape how Bonaire grows. Rather than a single housing type repeated block after block, the plan brings together middle-class housing, student residences, and short-stay Airbnb units within one connected neighborhood — a deliberate mix of classes and lifestyles woven into a shared street pattern.

For locals and newcomers.

As Bonaire welcomes a growing number of expats alongside its long-standing community, Antriol was conceived to serve both. The plan gives locals and newcomers a shared address rather than separating them into isolated enclaves, reinterpreting the island’s living style through a new and improved plan.

Key ideas.

01

A mixed community

Middle-class housing, student residences, and Airbnb units share one master plan rather than being separated into isolated zones.

02

Built for two audiences

Designed to welcome long-time Bonaire residents and the island’s growing population of new expats alike.

03

An improved island plan

A refined take on how Bonaire neighborhoods are laid out, with shared streets, parking, and greenery threaded through the site.

One plan, many uses.

Across the site, private pools, courtyard parking, and palm-lined streets recur as a common language, even as the building types shift from family homes to student blocks to short-stay units. The result is a neighborhood that reads as one place, not several competing developments.

A new style of island living.
