A smart house.

J-01 was designed with technology at its core, pushing the boundaries of what a home in Curaçao could be. It stands as our first smart house concept — a residence that learns by itself, adapting over time to the rhythm of the people who live in it.

Living that adapts.

Rather than running on fixed schedules, J-01 observes how its residents actually live and adjusts accordingly — saving energy by responding to real patterns of occupancy, light, and use rather than static presets.

Key ideas.

01

Self-learning systems

The house adapts lighting, climate, and energy use to the rhythm of daily life instead of fixed settings.

02

Energy that responds

Consumption is shaped by how the home is actually used, reducing waste without asking residents to think about it.

03

Indoor-outdoor connection

Covered terraces and open living spaces extend technology-enabled comfort beyond the walls of the house.

Where indoors meets outdoors.

Sliding glass walls dissolve the boundary between the living room and the covered terrace beyond, while a dedicated smart-enabled home office and a living green wall bring texture and calm to the technology-forward design.

A house that learns how you live.
